2. Data we collect

The following data is processed when you visit the website:

  • IP address – to protect against misuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • Browser fingerprint – technical identifier for session attribution (legitimate interest)
  • Analysed URL – the website address entered to generate the report
  • Email address – only if voluntarily provided, for report delivery (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Usage data – with consent via analytics & advertising cookies (see sections 3 and 4)

3. Cookies & Consent

We use two categories of cookies:

  • Strictly necessary cookies – for session management and report attribution; no consent required (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)
  • Analytics & advertising cookies – only with explicit consent via the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies/cache

Your consent choice is stored in your browser's localStorage (key: cookie_consent). Via Google Consent Mode v2, analytics and advertising features are only activated after your consent.

4. Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM-NMH2996F) by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The Tag Manager itself does not process personal data; it only manages other tags (e.g. Google Analytics). Tags are only loaded via GTM after you have given consent via the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Google Analytics 4

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Measurement ID: G-9ZND001PGP) by Google Ireland Limited. Google Analytics sets cookies and transmits usage data (including IP address, page views, device data) to Google servers in the USA. The IP address is anonymised. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR for transfers to third countries). You can withdraw consent at any time.

We track the following events: page view, analysis started (generate_lead), checkout started (begin_checkout), purchase completed (purchase).

6. Google Ads / Remarketing

With your consent we use Google Ads (via Google Tag Manager) for conversion tracking and remarketing. This may set cookies that allow Google to measure conversions (e.g. completed purchases) and to show you relevant ads on other websites. Legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). 7. Hosting & Fonts

This website is hosted on a server by Hostinger International Ltd. Hostinger processes server log files for technical reasons. More information: hostinger.com/privacy-policy.

Fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection to Google servers is made.

8. AI Analysis

To analyse the entered website, the HTML content of the page is transmitted to the Anthropic API (Claude). No personal data from the report content is stored. Anthropic processes requests in accordance with its privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy.

9. Payment processing

Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC). During the purchase process, your name, email address and billing address are transmitted to Lemon Squeezy. This data is required for order fulfilment and invoicing (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). More information: lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.

10. Retention & analysis reports

Generated website analysis reports are stored on our server and automatically deleted after 12 months. IP addresses are deleted after 30 days at the latest. Reports can be deleted earlier on request: hello@byben.io

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
